BUSINESS ANALYST GDPR/HR/MS OFFICE/DATA PROTECTION/UAT/BA

We are looking for a Business analyst for GDPR project to do an Impact assessment on existing processes and (HR focused) applications in order to identify non-compliance with general data protection rules for which the client needs to be compliant by May2018 as per EU-regulation.

YOUR PROFILE:

- Understands business operation
- Positions the project (organisation, locations, product flow, etc.)
- Interviews management and floor staff
- Describes business requirements
- Executes business process modelling
- Pro-actively validates and optimizes business processes
- Transforms business requirements to system functions
- Experience in HR related processes and applications
- Knowledge of Data Protection regulation;
- Encryption, access, anonymization, pseudonymization of employee personal data for applications
- Creates system test scenario's & plans
- Executes system tests
- Creates usertest scenario's & plans
- Co-ordinates UAT (daily follow-up of results & execution)
- Trains users in view of new system functions
- Assists the business (questions, issues) during project warranty period
- Experience in working with offshore teams is an advantage
- Experience in technical architecture & system infrastructure is an asset
- Good analytical thinking
- Communicative (IS/Business)

- Be able to organise and lead meetings

- Awareness of deadlines and be able to work under pressure
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, MS Project)
- Experience +/- 3 years in similar function
- Base location is Gent but willing to travel within Europe on regular base (approx. 2 to 3 times/

month for 2 or 3 days) - Full time availability
