Business Analyst - FX/Regulatory wanted for one of our Zurich based clients in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 8+ years of solid work experience as a business analyst and in applying business analysis techniques
- Expertise in banking, precisely FX as well as in project management and good knowledge of how to develop robust solutions
- Proficiency in Regulatory, including Clearing, Mifid, SEF, etc. along with strong ability to interpret a set of technical requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Unix, SQL and UML as well as very good understanding of the software development life cycle
- Strong analytical, problem solving, synthesizing skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Defining required IT business solutions and assisting in implementing them along with developing F2B functional spec and design for the deliverable
- Managing requirements-gathering activities, including evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data plus handling stakeholder interviews
- Supporting the business engineer by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
- Identifying people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements as well as making sure that BRDs are produced by business stakeholders
- Managing high level top-down assessment of deliverable impact across different streams as well as covering quires and designing gaps
- Associating the design and requirements front-to-back to the stream leads along with providing quality control and project management activities
