Business Analyst - FX, OTC, Operations

For our banking client in Zurich, we are currently looking for a

BUSINESS ANALYST - FX, OTC, OPERATIONS

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Location: Zurich

In this project you will be working in a fast-paced environment which is taking care of the day2day settlement of a variance of products like FX spot, swaps, forwards and OTC derivatives on FX, rates and equity. There will be a tight collaboration with the trading teams, internal support areas and bank counterparties around the globe.

KEY SKILLS NEEDED:

ESSENTIALS SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Banking Operations (Back Office) experience ie settlement (book, pay, settle, confirm) of one or more of a variety of products like FX spot, swaps, forwards and OTC derivatives on FX, rates and equity for instance (could also be securities)
- Fluency in English
- An affinity to IT/able to work a host of different programs including and for instance MS Office
- Good communication skills and pronounced service orientation
- Sense of responsibility, ability to get things done
- Ability and willingness to closely collaborate in a team

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Visual Basic an asset
- German speaking would be advantageous
