Business Analyst/Functional Consultant SAP

Business Analyst/Functional Consultant SAP wanted for our Swiss based client in the consulting sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 3+ years of experience in analysing and configuring SAP modules, in full cycle implementation on SAP and in support projects
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
- Background in a product manufacturing company is a plus
- Strong understanding of accounting business processes
- Competency to understand business processes from customer perspective and translate into specifications
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Performing analysis of complex business process requirements and providing system solutions as well as identifying, interpreting, validating and documenting customer requirements for the solution development team
- Collecting business requirements from stakeholders by attending workshops in addition to identifying and proposing business process and system enhancements
- Mapping business requirements, processes and objectives as well as developing necessary product modifications to satisfy business change/needs and documenting functional designs, test cases and results
- Identifying gaps, issues and working around solutions and document requirements by designing, customising, configuring and testing of customisations new functionalities
- Act as point of contact for clients to provide troubleshooting including investigating, analysing and solving software issues as well as handling changes or emergency transports for high priority issues
- Providing consulting services on new implementations and existing support projects by liaising between business functions and technical team
- Providing ad-hoc training and user support as well as acting as subject matter mentor to junior members
