Business Analyst for a 3 Months Contract in Brussels (DU/FR)

We are looking for a bilingual (DU/FR) business analyst for a 3 months contract in Brussels.

Description:

You will

- Be the interface between the business and IT project manager.
- Be responsible for the maintenance and development of several applications.
- Collaborate in the modeling of business processes and IT tools.
- Write specifications for applications, validated by the business and prioritize these changes in different releases.
- Validate the functional analysis of IT.
- Be responsible for the master data management and governance of business processes.
- Be responsible for development of materials training and provide training to the end users.
- Be the point of contact for all inquiries and complaints from users, hierarchy and other stakeholders.

Profile:

- A master's degree in engineering or economics or equivalent experience.
- AT least 4 years' experience.
- Affinity for IT tools and interest in the electric sector.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Problem solving.
- Proficient in planning and organization.
- Customer orientation and flexibility.
- Knowledge of SAP PM and PS are a plus
- Knowledge of planning processes (for maintenance, infrastructure, ...) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology is an asset.
