Business Analyst - Fluent Swedish and Danish

Montreal Associates are looking for 3 x Business Analyst to work out of their Stockholm and Copenhagen location for a period of 3 months minimum from September.

JOB DESCRIPTION BRIEF:

- Will be part & be supported by a larger team including Technical/Functional SMEs
- Domain knowledge required in Finance, SCM Functions
- Responsible for facilitating Change Management in Finance, SCM Functions
- Tasks include Requirement gathering, Stake Holder discussion etc.,
- Discuss & baseline Business Blue-Print with Stake Holders
- Liaise with project team to share Stake Holder communication
- Support Project team to translate business requirements onto process diagrams
- Baseline acceptance criteria with business with support from/in-consultation with Project team
- Support team in test case designing
- Should be acquainted with Local Business knowledge & legal regulations (Finance & SCM for Sweden/Denmark countries)
- Conduct End User Training in Swedish & Danish languages

Other

- Require a team of 3 to join the project.  Both preferred with Swedish & Danish language skills - if not at least one for Danish.
- Engagement is expected to start by mid of Sep-2013
- Expected duration is for 3 months, can be extended depending on project needs
- Oracle SCM/Finance Functional skills - meritorious
- Project will be majorly Stockholm centric
- Swedish consultants required to work out of Stockholm (along with project team)
- Danish consultants required to work  in Stockholm (along with project team)
- Danish consultants are also required to travel to Copenhagen to execute some project phases
