Business Analyst (Financial Accounting) - Contract - Zurich

For a client in the financial sector in Zurich, Stamford Consultants AG are looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST FOR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Working closely with the business and IT teams on financial accounting projects
- Gathering and documenting requirements
- Keeping documentation, such as user manuals up-to-date
- Supporting test design, test preparation, test execution and defect analysis
- Performing user training

IDEAL PROFILE:

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial sector
- Experience with financial accounting projects is a must
- A university degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field of study
- Excellent financial product knowledge - derivatives, OTC, Fixed Income, etc.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at various seniority levels
- Fluent English
