Business Analyst - Finance - Treasury - Balance Sheet

The role holder is required to define, shape and deliver the detailed business requirements for the Balance Sheet Management Programme within the business change project team. The role will require engagement with business functions both at business and Group level as well as close working with the technology function

Experience Needed
-Experienced Business Analyst, including full project life cycle gained within a banking environment
-Evidence of employing relevant methodologies and techniques to aide delivery
-Experience and understanding of Treasury, balance sheet management and credit risk fundamentals
-Previous Treasury reporting experience desirable but not essential

-Excellent interviewing skills and knowledge of elicitation techniques.
-Excellent analytical skills to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information in to details, translate up from low-level information to a more general understanding.
-Ability to distinguish solution ideas from requirements and presented user requests from the underlying true needs.
-Proven influencing and communication skills with the ability to influence outside direct reporting lines.
-Delivery focused and highly energetic with the ability to deliver quality results with a challenging but positive and influential style.
