Business Analyst - Finance Job

BUSINESS ANALYST - FINANCE, needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's Client located in the Bay Area, California.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- BPM Integration Software Design and Implementation required
- Describing the current state (As-Is) business process architecture required
- Analyze gaps between the "As-Is" and "To-Be" business process architectures required
- Strong knowledge and experience with a BPM tool (eg Appian, Pega, Lombardi, etc) or experience with additional process modelling/analysis tools required
- Experience with process methodology, frameworks, development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Iterative) required
- Excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills preferred
- Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture concepts and design patterns required
- Able to identify and consider business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment required
- Superior data analysis and mapping skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Partner with the Business, Access and Identity Management (AIM) and IS personnel to develop and implement a new ID Management application.
- Develop "as is" and "to be" process flows, define data capture requirements, model initial wire frames and identify any needed reporting and data analytics in support of timely process execution.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE.

- Five (5+) years of Workflow/process improvements expertise within the financial services/banking arena.
- Four (4+) years of Business Process Management (BPM) solution experience required
- Two (2+) years of technology based solution experience required
- Strong knowledge and experience with a BPM tool (eg Appian, Pega, Lombardi, etc) or experience with additional process modelling/analysis tools required

BONUS POINTS!

- Three to five (3-5) years in the deposit servicing or loan servicing Field
