Improvement of the Financial Accounting Governance and Control Framework for the Holding Entity
Task & Responsibilities:
Definition of account & attribute ownership
Establish a process for analytical review
Process descriptions (eg attribute ownership, instructed manual adjustment posting, financial
investments, associates, investments in subs, Off B/S arrangements, provisions)
Review of manual adjustment documentation
Review & standardization of month end checklists
Deliverables:
Documented allocation of accounts & attributes
Process documentation for analytical review
Process description for various financial accounting tasks (see above)
Updated documentation for manual adjustments
Updated and standardized month end checklists
Required Experience/Skills:
Project management
Good analytical & writing

Profound German and English

AVAILABILITY: 100% (minimum 80%)
