Business Analyst, Final Witholding Tax, Banking (Contract, Zurich)

For our client, an international bank based in Switzerland, Swisslinx are looking for a Business Analyst - Final Witholding Tax.

This is a three month contract starting ASAP with a strong likelihood of extension.

This is a challenging Business Analyst position within Global Tax Operations. You will be working on tax-related topics and supporting international projects where you will be responsible for the following: business requirements
documentation, process design/improvement and solution implementation.

Some of your key responsabilities are:

Analyzing, documenting and aligning operational processes with stakeholders
Leading of calls and workshops, including adequate preparation, post processing and documentation
Independent management and tracking of the defined milestones, timely and qualitative delivery
Translating regulatory and Business Requirements
Structuring, steering, controlling and verifying requirements

In order to be considered you will possess the following skills:

Proven track record in implementing complex processes in a global financial institution
At least 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, project management experience is an asset
Stakeholder management skills
Ideally experience with tax or regulatory driven transformation projects in the financial services industry
Fluency English & German
