For our client we are currently looking for a
Business Analyst - F2B Client Self Servicing and Automated Execution - Berne (m/f)
for a temporary project assignment in Zurich, Switzerland.
START: 02/02/2015
DAILY RATE: 900-925 CHF
DURATION: 6MM++
TASKS:
- Verantwortung für das Erheben, Analysieren, Entwickeln und Validieren der Business Anforderungen für das Projekt sowie das Übersetzen dieser Business Anforderungen in standardisierte IT Spezifikationen
- Möglichkeit, ein umfassendes Verständnis für die Ziele und Bedürfnisse im Zusammenhang mit den Business Prozessen zu erlangen
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Artefakten für die relevante Phase der Business Initiative (Business Requirements, Features List, Requirements List und Specifications)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business, dem IT Application Owner sowie dem IT-Projektleiter
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Strong skills in the analysis and specification of Business Rule-, Screen- and Interface Requirements
- Strong communication skills for peer- (Requirement Engineers, Solution Architect, Test Engineer) and Business communication (Business Application Owner, Business Analysts, Business User)
- Strong skills for logical and cross linked thinking (vernetztes Denken)
- Good ability for self organization and independent working (selbständiges arbeiten)
- Knowledge about workflow steered/supported processes
- Basic knowledge about the banking business
- FLUENT WRITTEN AND SPOKEN GERMAN
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong soft skills to handle stakeholders with different background (Requirement engineers, Project leads, Programmers, Offshore resources, Testers etc.)
- Strong ability to work both independently and integrated in a project team
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:
- Experienced with the usage of JIRA, Polarion, Quality Center
- Experienced with the usage of Visio
- Experienced with Agile (SCRUM)
- Experience in application development projects following incremental and iterative approaches (RUP, Agile)
- Experience in Credits domain, Risk Management
- Motivation to contribute software improvements in an interesting environment experience in banking or finance industry
- Experience with workflow, particularly with workflow automation/straight-through-processing
