Business Analyst (f/m)

Rpbert Half Technology are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:

- Key involvement with various aspects of the requirements design process.
- Definition and documentation of internal and external user interfaces and support for system and data requirement clarification and definition.
- Support for prototyping activities that will validate business requirements, solution definition and minimize risk.
- Works directly with business customers and the applications development team to define solutions to business issues.
- May assist in quality assurance and defining testing strategy and risks.
- Work is project-oriented and actual tasks must be defined by employee.
- Has a solid understanding of overall business and corporate objectives and works under broad project direction with the ability to self-define specific tasks.
- Uses judgment and creativity and sound technical knowledge to obtain and recommend solutions.
- Interfaces directly with senior management where required.
- Takes a hands on approach to project work and is adaptable in terms of style and activities undertaken.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of the system requirements definition (RD) processes and modelling methods and tools
- Knowledge of conceptual and logical modelling and the associated tools
- Outstanding communication skills in both written and spoken format.
- Outstanding customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to support prototyping activities that will validate business requirements and solution definition
- Ability to apply general organizational knowledge of the business and systems processes in problem analysis
