For one of our clients, we are looking for a Business Analyst to work on a contract basis for an initial period of 6 months. The client is a bank based in Zurich.
You would be a technical Business Analyst preparing current processes for automation. The work includes analysing the current state, designing of the future state, process documentation and preparation and facilitation of UAT.
To be considered for the position, you will have the following skills:
- Deep understanding of process methodologies and efficiency techniques (eg Lean Sigma ceritification preferable)
- Knowledge of infrastructure services
- Knowledge of operational processes and tools (change, incident, problem, capacity, configuration management)
- Facilitation skills across multiple organizations and across global regions
- Experience in writing and executing UAT test cases
- Fluent in German and English
- Project management
- Working experience in one (or more) of the following technologies
o OS: Windows, Linux, Solaris
o DB: Oracle, SYBASE, MS SQL
o Storage: Off line, on line
o Web: general
