Business Analyst (Edrms)

6 month contract opportunity for an experience Business Analyst with previous EDRMS solutions experience.

In this role, you will:

- Document business and compliance requirements for the EDRMS system through engagement with business and technical stakeholders;
- Identify key strategic information management requirements for the agency and assist with development of an agreed Information Policy, Information Architecture, and associated Business Classification scheme that support the business model for the agency;
- Assist with development and delivery of Records Management and end-user training for the use of the new technologies; and
- Assist in delivering communications and change management processes to ensure that records are effectively managed using the newly established electronic capability.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

- Experience as a senior BA in a range of application development projects, particularly in the government sector;
- Well developed information management analytical and interpretive skills demonstrated by the ability to analyse current Information Management practices, business needs and opportunities for improvement through the utilisation of an EDRMS system;
- Knowledge and experience in the analysis and design of information management solutions;
- Demonstrated high level of competency in the elicitation of business requirements and development of business analysis artefacts (documentation and report writing);
- Ability to take on diverse work when required, such as end user training and assisting with organisational change management; and
- Previous experience with SharePoint and EDRMS solutions would be highly regarded
