BUSINESS ANALYST (EARCHIVE/RECORDS MANAGEMENT), 50% TO 80% - PHARMACEUTICAL
Are you a professional BUSINESS ANALYST with proven experience in RECORDS MANAGEMENT and looking for an exciting new opportunity with a market leading global company? If so, please have a look at the following details:
Experis IT Switzerland, a leading Swiss IT company is currently on the search for a Business Analyst to join one of their clients, a global and well renowned pharmaceutical company based in Basel.
For this part time temporary assignment (50%) we are in search of an English speaking candidate ideally with previous experience within a pharmaceutical environment and who is available on a short notice period.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this challenging role, the Business Analyst (BA) will be in charge of conducting data assessments in collaboration with business and technical owners. Furthermore you will be responsible for archiving requirements in compliance with Records Managements regulations. The Business analyst will also update the process documentation (eg Excel and PowerPoint) and at least you will coordinate project timelines and requirements with the technical team.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 3+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE as BUSINESS ANALYST
- Records Management experience
- Very good know-how with Relational DATABASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
- DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT knowledge
- MS Office knowledge (ie Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Previous EXPERIENCE within a PHARMACEUTICAL ENVIRONMENT will be highly appreciated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German will be considered as a plus)
- Structured approach, problem-solver and self-directed
- Quality Conscious
