BUSINESS ANALYST - DATA WAREHOUSE/BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE (SENIOR) wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR TASKS:
- Performing project and application related requirements engineering work products in terms of time, budget and quality as well as preparing plan regarding requirements engineering for the IT project managers
- Suggesting efficient solutions for the business requirements by analysing, evaluating and prioritizing various solution options as well as challenging business requirements in a proactive way
- Revising and analysing business and IT application models and documents, maintain requirements project and application documentation
- Cooperating with business, IT and test experts from different areas within the bank
- Supporting the test manager and testing team by active communication and reviewing test cases
- Assisting offshore cooperation with process improvement, communication and cultural understanding
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Degree in IT or banking, preferably an equivalent education in one of these areas
- 3+ years of working experience in a similar role within the Data Warehouse area along with know how to set up requirements in a data warehouse
- Excellent banking knowledge as well as expertise in SQL
- Solid working experience in a large multinational organization within global teams well as knowledge of designing reports for Business Intelligence area
- Languages: Fluent English both written and spoken, good German skills
