Business Analyst - Data Management

Candle are seeking a professional Business Analyst/Systems Analyst for an initial six month contract based in the city.

This high-profile and well known enterprise are looking to supplement their BA capability to work on a range of data, analytics, Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence projects.

Working with the Information Architects and the business SMEs, your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Eliciting relevant information and data requirements for complex IT solutions
- Creating and managing logical data models
- Documenting and mapping interaction between business processes, information and data
- Supporting data management tools such as MetaData, data mining, modelling, cleansing, transformation and matching activities

Your capability should include:

- Good knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a financial banking/services or regulatory environment
- Any DW/BI tools such as SAS, Teradata, Business Objects, Cognos would be highly regarded

Previous experience with one or more of these would be advantageous; Java, Siebel, Oracle, PeopleSoft.
