Business Analyst - Data Benchmarking

For our banking client we are looking for a

BUSINESS ANALYST (DATA BENCHMARKING )

Start: 01.08.17

End: 31.01.2018

Location: Zurich

YOUR ROLE:

Do you have a knack for analysing IT business processes? Are you able to manage projects efficiently?

We're looking for someone like that who can help us:

- conduct BENCHMARK and impact assessments of newly implemented components to existing solutions
- determine required IT business solutions and assist in implementing them
- conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews
- support the business engineer by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
- assist in quality control and project management Your experience and skills:
- 8+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A BUSINESS ANALYST - STRONG SQL and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Visio) skills - You have good Knowledge and experience in CREDIT RISK
- Experience in specifying requirements using Use Cases and UML (or other modelling technique)
- Talent to elicit requirements and translate BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS INTO IT FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATION for business and IT teams
- experience in BENCHMARKING
- you have ideally an IT BACKGROUND (preferred)
- You have experience working with JIRA AND QC
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to identify dependencies
- Ability to prepare documents for workshop/meetings with business stakeholders and moderate discussions
- Experience with Enterprise Architect is a plus
- fluent in English (German is desired)
