A leading financial company located in Dublin is looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst to take a senior role in their team.
TASKS:
Work with the Project manager and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the system and business process changes.
To provide coaching and development for other business analysts on the team
Work with the business leads to assess current capabilities and identify high-level customer requirements using requirements gathering & collation workshops.
Analyse and design new business processes.
REQUIRED
Experience in a financial environment
Exceptional experience delivering results to customers
Excellent communication skills
Enjoys challenges and goes beyond usual expectaions
Excellent decision making skills
