Business Analyst - Credit Risk/Strategic Risk Change

For our client, a well renowned Swiss/International Bank, we are looking for a "PMO - BUSINESS ANALYST FOR STRATEGIC RISK CHANGE" with a broad BANKING (BUSINESS) and IT experience/understanding.
FOR THIS REQUISITION WE CAN ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES ALREADY LIVING IN SWITZERLAND AND HOLDING A VALID WORK PERMIT OR CANDIDATES WILLING TO RELOCATE ASAP (ONLY FROM THE EU).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive and coordinate the delivery of Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes
- Prepare Business Requirement documents including requirement description and use cases
- Work on data migration coordination, test cases, and acceptance criteria
- Work with the Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
- Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
- Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes
- Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
YOUR PROFILE:
- EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS ANALYSIS AND IDEALLY PMO (AROUND 3 YEARS)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Experience in process management/design
- Strong communication skills to face off to, influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, highly organized and able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
- Good knowledge of IT and banking processes
- Excellent communication skills in English
- (CREDIT) RISK EXPERIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING
