Business Analyst - Credit Risk/IT & Process Change (5577)

For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST - SQL/BCBS REPORTING (5577).

You will be supporting a reporting project in the BCBS239 program. Strong SQL skills are a must to be successful. More Junior candidates will be considered.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 4+ YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A BUSINESS ANALYST WITHIN FINANCIAL SERVICES IN REGULATORY PROJECTS
- STRONG TECHNICAL DATA/SQL SKILLS ARE REQUIRED, EXPERIENCE WITH MICROSTRATEGY TOOL FOR REPORTING WOULD BE AN ASSET
- WORKING EXPERIENCE IN CREDIT RISK OR RISK CHANGE OR BCBS OR SIMILAR REPORTING PROJECT
- VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE IN PROCESS MANAGEMENT AND DESIGN
- Ability to work independently, hands on and highly organized
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive and coordinate the delivery of Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes
- Prepare Business Requirement documents including requirement description and use cases
- Work with the Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
- Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
- Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes
- Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
