Business Analyst - Credit Risk (3920)

For a 6 months project at our client, an international banking company in Zurich, we are looking for a

BUSINESS ANALYST - CREDIT RISK (3920)

In this position, you will work within Risk Strategic Change, supporting the business division Chief Risk Officers and the Firm Wide Risk functions, delivering Change-the-Bank projects. You will act as the essential connection between business stakeholders in Risk and the IT delivery functions. Furthermore, you will partner with IT service providers to ensure that optimal solutions are specified, designed, tested and implemented.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong track record in Business Analysis and experience in process management/design
- Experience in the area of Credit Risk, preferably within a financial institution
- Understanding and experience of implementing regulatory projects in a large bank, good knowledge of IT and banking processes
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and highly organized
- Fluent in English, German is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive and coordinate the delivery of Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes
- Prepare Business Requirement documents including requirement description and use cases
- Work with the Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
- Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
- Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes
- Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
