Business Analyst - Credit Risk

For our client gobal banking company, located in Zurich is looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST-CREDIT RISK FOR A 6-MONTHS CONTRACT.

We are offering an exciting business analysis position within Risk Strategic Change. Our unit supports the business division Chief Risk Officers and the Firm Wide Risk functions with best-in-class services to effectively and efficiently deliver Change-the-Bank projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Drive and coordinate the delivery of Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes
. Prepare Business Requirement documents including requirement description and use cases
. Work with the Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
. Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
. Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes
. Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria

KEY REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate would have the following skills and qualifications:
. Strong track record in business analysis
. Strong quantitative and analytical skills
. Experience in process management/design
. Strong communication skills to face off to, influence and engage senior stakeholders
. Ability to work independently, highly organized and able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
. Good knowledge of IT and banking processes
. Excellent communication skills in English
. (Credit) Risk experience and understanding of the environment would be a plus
. Understanding and experience of implementing regulatory projects in a large bank would be a plus
