Business Analyst, On behalf of our client, a leading company in a cutting edge technological environment, Swisslinx is looking for a Business Analyst to join a growing team in the Basel headquarters.
BUSINESS ANALYST, CONTRACT, PHARMA, BASEL
Your main responsibility would be to develop business-specific organisational solutions while dealing with organisational issues, focusing in particular on process organisation. You will have to determine the electronic archiving needs for data.
What your role would involve:
- Survey, analyze and recognize tasks, structures and the disposition of physical and organisational resources
- Define work orders and support of the target definition process
- Develop and evaluate of methods of resolution
- Review and improve work processes and information flows
- Evaluate physical and organisational resources
- Consult the sponsor regarding the workplace design, spatial planning and disposition of physical and organisational resources
- Ongoing adjustment of the disposition of physical and organisational resources to changing environmental influences and organisational changes in existing complex organisational solution
In order to be a potential candidate:
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Very good knowledge of business processes in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge in the area of Records Management, Electronic Archiving, GxP are a plus
- Basic knowledge in the area of relational databases
