BUSINESS ANALYST COMPLIANCE WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT IN THE BANKING SECTOR.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 8+ years' experience in business analysis
- Excellent knowledge in the area of compliance and operational risk in the field of financial crime
- Proficiency to interpret a set of technical requirements as well as a good understanding of the software development life cycle
- Very good analytical, problem-solving skills and the ability to work across teams and functions
- LANGUAGES: FLUENT ENGLISH BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN
YOUR TASKS:
- Determining IT business solutions and assisting in implementing them
- Gathering requirements and evaluating services using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews
- Supporting the business engineer by describing the business processes and including the organizational structures involved
- Identifying people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
- Assisting in quality control and project management
