Business Analyst/Communications Specialist

For our client in The Hague we are looking for a Business Analyst.

Duration: 3 months + option to extend
40 hrs./week

Project or Activity Description:
Context for the work:
Include  Infrastructure Services in Application Portfolio Management. For this, we are running a project for process change, org change, data mastering & tooling to introduce this into the organization.

Now seeking a strong business analyst or organizational change manager colleague to help out.

Type of resource needed:
Get quick understanding of what we're doing (introducing Infrastructure Services Portfolio Management in the organization)
Get quick understanding of as-is and to-be portfolio management processes, people and data
Challenge the stakeholder list we currently have
Help create a change strategy & plan
Help create a communications plan and run that

Roles and Responsibilities:
Scope
Help create and run the Change plan (stakeholders, engagement levels, measure change etc.)
Help create and run the communications plan (based on the change plan). Come with reasons for different communications methods (1:1, workshops, webcast, newsletters, team meetings etc.)
Help create and run the training plan
Most probably take over as coordinator end July

Technical Skills and Experience:
MANDATORY:
Sharp with communications & story lining. Understanding audience and changing the story for that. Create all the contents
Precise with definitions. Many data & definition discussions going on. Need to be sharp here!
preferably well versed in Applications Portfolio Management. Or super-quick learner (it's not rocket science )
very results driven. It's not complicated. But finding the right things to do, and doing them well is key
