Business Analyst - Client Reporting wanted for an international bank located in Zurich.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- At least 5 years of work experience in a Business Analyst position
- Knowledge of banking industry processes with a profound understanding of wealth management and products
- Comprehension of general market processes as position keeping (cash-/custody accounts), return/performance calculation, cost price, portfolio-consolidation, client information, financial instruments, client orders, asset reporting and asset classification
- Autonomous, methodical and analytical approach regarding the use of Enterprise Architect and user interface design as well as use cases, activity diagram and UML
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Being accountable for the project deliveries to the benefit of the business partners
- Analyzing current processes and functionalities as well as gathering new software requirements specifications
- Pursuing a close cooperation with 3rd party providers and business representatives
- Defining acceptance criteria for subsequent engineering and executing of test cases by the dedicated testing team
- Developing subject matter expertise (SME) on the application and surrounding business processes
