Projektbeschreibung

Our client is a Swiss bank, based in Zürich. In order to reinforce their team, Swisslinx is seeking a Business Analyst for a 6 months contract initially.

The candidate must be able to analyse complex requirements and to develop solutions in the area of cash reporting and asset reporting.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

- Responsible to define complementary solutions and to assure the high quality development and introductions of this solutions.
- Information gathering activities such as surveying, analysing and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data
- Analyse, documenting as-is and to-be processes and recommending new design changes
- Ensure end to end requirement and functionality coverage
- Prepare option papers and approaches for functionalities and solution
- Formulate requirements, support BA IT to write the Solution Requirements Specification, support development, formulate/support introduction (information and training)

The ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum of 5 years related business analyst and/or project management experience - Ideally within the financial services industry, preferably within a Banking Operations environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to, and collect requirements from various stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills and pro-active problem solving mind-set and solid knowledge of the various business analyst tools and methodologies
- Track record of providing guidance and direction in complex problems by applying knowledge, analytical skills and own judgment to determine suitable course of action
- Familiarity with Capturing, Output Management and Archiving domain will be advantageous
