Business Analyst/Change Management -KYC

We are currently recruiting for Business Analyst/Change Manager (KYC) for a contract position based in the canton of Geneva, Switzerland.

Your main responsibilities will be:
*Provide business and data analysis - change management projects
*Analysis of global business requirements
*Work on key project deliverables (roadmap, analysis and design, testing and implementation plans)
*Leading user acceptance testing
*Defining target business process flows and diagrams
*Plan and delivery user training
*Design and plan client annual reviews
*Stake holder management
*Operational support
*Supporting business stakeholders with system reporting, data extracts and ad-hoc queries

For this position you will need the following skills and experience/knowledge:
*Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
*Fluent in English (French highly desirable)
*7 years + Business Analysis/Requirements Engineering/Change Management experience.
*Finance/banking experience
*Full front to back life cycle business change experience - on boarding, KYC, maintenance and/or off boarding
*Strong command of change management techniques
*Excellent communication skills and Stakeholder management
