Business Analyst - Change Management Specialist

To support our client's Change Management Process, we are looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST - CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST.

The successful candidate will work in three areas:

Process Management

- Contribute to design of TO BE solution (end-to-end process, best practice, integration with other processes)
- Create and review consistent and high quality Working Instructions
- Deliver training material on Process and Tools
- Back-up Process Owner as required

Technical Solutions

- Contribute to functional specification of technical solution
- Contribute to definition and execution of test scripts
- Support other testing activities as required

Projects

- Participate in project design meetings, and lead topics needing to be addressed in workshops, and with the virtual working team
- Support implementation of new way of working

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:

- PROCESS DESIGN experience in the area of Data and Software development, in a complex global environment
- ISIT INCIDENT, CHANGE AND RELEASE MANAGEMENT experience
- Communication and testing activities
- HP SERVICE MANAGER
- HP UCMBD
- HP Quality Center would be a plus
- ITIL FOUNDATION Certification
- ITIL CHANGE & RELEASE Certification
- ITIL SERVICE LIFECYCLE Certification

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT FOR 6 MONTHS IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. THE CLIENT IS LOCATED MINUTES FROM LAKE GENEVA, ON THE SWISS RIVIERA AND CLOSE TO LAUSANNE. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
