BUSINESS ANALYST, CASE MANAGMENT SYSTEMS, GOVERNMENT

Business Analyst required who has experience with case management systems and related financial business requirements focused (generic, specialist, functional, non-functional, technical, benefits, etc.), to work as part of a Business Analysis team, together with social care/public health staff, to develop a comprehensive business requirements specification.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS.

- Strong business analysis experience and extensive experience of public sector case management systems
- Demonstrable experience of successfully delivering agreed project outputs outcomes with internal directorates
- Up to date and extensive knowledge of case management and data sharing in the client care context
- A track record in establishing and specifying requirements for the future delivery of care services.
- Experience of case management/data sharing procurements
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of the customer journey in a case management and personalisation context
- Demonstrable experience of performing a similar role
- Demonstrable experience of influencing stakeholders to challenge existing processes and practice
- Able to motivate within a team environment to achieve the right outcomes
- Good understanding of Local Government operations
- Confident in using electronic tools to support delivery (eg MS Visio, MS Office, MS Project, etc.)
- Calm, determined and results driven
- Exceptional communication skills are essential in order to explain potentially complex IT concepts to non technical colleagues and/or clients
- Motivated by team success over personal achievement
- Willingness and ability to mentor colleagues in successful business analysis
