Business Analyst - Cards, Acquiring, Banking

The candidate should be an experienced, proactive and independent Business Analyst, with the drive and ability to put in place the changes the business wants to make.

They will be responsible for requirements elicitation, analysis and traceability; operational design, process mapping and Datamodelling; gap analysis between current and proposed future states; and must be empathetic to the customer experience at all times.

Key Skills

*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential
*Management of external and 3rd party supplier relationships.
*Experience of Merchant Acquiring, but general credit card experience would also be useful.
*Financial awareness and Datamodelling/analytical skills be advantageous.
*Experience of Processing Credit card Acquisitions is also advantageous
