Corporate & Public Bank Belgium (CPBB) is the business unit that manages the client relations with large Belgian companies & public
institutions. It covers the coverage units Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking and Public Banking in Belgium.
In 2013, CPBB Marketing & Communication conducted a study to sharpen and align on the CPBB coverage and multi-channel strategy. To implement this
strategy, a series of work streams have since been launched under the framework of the 'CPBB multi-channel program' which aims to improve the overall customer
experience, and more specifically:
? Develop a relevant client segmentation
? Define a coverage model per segment: from quantitative approach (monitoring number of visits) to qualitative (describing the desired customer experience for
key touch-points / products)
? Develop a channel strategy per segment
? Develop channel capabilities, data, tools and processes to support and manage the multi-channel customer experience

Function Description
? Actively participate in and/or manage project deliverables within the scope of the 'Campaign management' work stream:
o Campaign management
- Fine-tune the campaign management template
- Support the implementation of the campaign management template
- Provide operational support for three campaign pilots
- Fine-tune the Commercial calendar (as output of the Sales & Marketing plan)
- Develop support documents to inform and train all parties involved about the Campaign Process and Sales & Marketing Plan process

o Lead management
- Support the definition of a project charter (scope) and plan
- Prepare and support workshops to define and align on

business requirements to better manage the qualification, enrichment, distribution and follow-up of leads- Support the implementation of lead management capabilities
(process, tools, etc.)
? Act as interface with the Program Manager, Work stream Lead and project team
? Facilitate and manage meetings
? Ensure liaison between all stakeholders and guarantee customer satisfaction
? Support change management during the implementation phases

? Bachelor or master degree (preferably Economics, Business administration, or Engineering)

Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience in management consulting and/or as a business analyst in a corporate environment

Technical Experience
Mandatory
? Good expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferable
? Good understanding of Siebel-based CRM

Business Experience
Mandatory
? Relevant experience in managing and/or delivering projects

Preferable
? Experience working a Marketing & Sales functions in a B2B environment is considered an asset
? Experience working on campaigns is a plus
? Good knowledge of (project) management methodologies and tools
? Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods
