Business Analyst- Calypso - IB

The first Business Analyst role on offer is a BA within there FX/Rates team. They are looking for a strong Business Analyst who has a good wealth of experience working along side teams of BA to ensure that the projects are being supported effectively and efficiently, they need someone who has experience with the full BA life cycle and have a very detailed good understanding of requirements gathering and writing functional specifications to deliver to the business and the IT teams. Like previously stated they are also looking for candidates who have experience with Calypso so have a good understanding of setting up yield curves and the set up of FX/Rates. The projects in this team involve setting up new currencies so any previous experience working of similar projects would be very advantageous. This role is looking to pay between £60,000 and £75,000 dependant on experience.

The second role they are urgently in need of is a back office Business Analyst with a good level of Calypso experience. This is a brand new role that they have created and are looking for someone who has extensive experience working within back office and with Calypso. There is no specific business knowledge required for this role they are ideally looking for a Business Analyst who has experience setting up the trade life cycle work flow and the tools that would go into setting that up. They are also looking for a candidate who knows how the trade settlements work as well as how calypso would generate the settlements. Applicants will need to know the answers to these types of questions in the initial interview stages.

Over all both Business Analyst roles do require Calypso experience, Banking or financial experience and an ambition to want to grow and develop within these roles as this organisation has brilliant opportunities.
