Business Analyst - Business Transformation

Business Analyst required by highly successful financial services company.

As a result of steady growth this company is undertaking a bank wide programme of improvement projects spanning people, process and technology areas.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for the following:

- Engaging with key business users and stakeholders to define the scope and requirements for each assignment through interviews and workshops
- Documentation of "as is" and "to be" process maps, with recommendations for improvement
- Liaising with internal technical teams to ensure that requirements are understood, achievable and compliant with internal policies and standards
- Work with the business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of the project and handover to BAU support

Suitable candidates will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Educated to A level standard
- ISEB business analysis qualification
- Process mapping and analysis skills eg Six Sigma, Visio, UML
- Prior experience from within a major change programme, ideally within financial services
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with a friendly and approachable manner
- Experience of working with and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Working in a fast paced environment and to tight deadlines
