Business Analyst & Business Partner for Pharmacovigilance (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-You will work within the Business Technology group, as part of the Business Partner organisation for R&D
-You have a deep understanding of Pharmacovigilance (Drug Safety), its associated systems and processes, as well as current and future requirements from authorities
-You know the critical success factors for increased innovation, digitalization, and enabling leading edge Pharmacovigilance
-In this role, you analyse and advise BioPharma Pharmacovigilance business functions on complex IT projects and processes in a pro-active and strategic setting and recommend appropriate services and system solutions
-The management of stable client relationships, resource planning for successful system introductions, and the execution of feasibility studies is expected
-You are familiar with regular performance and KPI reports to monitor progress against set goals and expectations
-You ensure cost efficient state-of-the-art IT solutions through analyses and redesigns of business processes as appropriate
-The BA is responsible for ensuring that requirements, assumptions, dependencies, and risks for potential solutions of technical and business issues are assessed and documented appropriately, for both new and previously established systems and is a key member of the Business Technology IT team and is a focal point of customer engagement for initiatives around Pharmacovigilance as assigned by the Clinical Development Business Technology Partner

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related study is required
-Relevant IT/Business experience including project scoping, analysis and documentation of business and technical requirements is required
-Knowledge and strong skills in system integration and process management
-Strong knowledge of reporting, visualisation, and analytics is preferred
-Strong software skills, especially MS Office Suite software (i.e. Excel) and data analytics skills
-Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential
-Specific experience in Pharmacovigilance is crucial, with a high understanding of the technologies, tools and systems used around Adverse Drug Reaction, E2B and Signal detection
-Strong knowledge of IT Computer Systems Validation processes is required
-Experience optimising the Pharmacovigilance Life Cycle through innovative technologies
