Business Analyst/Business Architect

Business Analyst urgently required to work on 2 projects for major telecoms company based in Amsterdam.

The duties
* Liase with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit business and process requirements
* Documentation of said requirements in our standard templates
* Vetting of requirements to ensure they are deliverable, achievable and at the right level for project execution
* Generation of Non Functional Requirements and IT requirements based on insight into business needs
* Creation of capability framework to map changes to business capabilities as consequence of project changes
* Creation of User Stories for agile delivery teams and answer all scope related questions from delivery teams
* Contribute to test script creation for test teams

Required skills:
* Excellent spoken and written English, plus 1 other European language
* Experience in telecommunications in depth knowledge of at least one of the foloowing - mobile, IPTV, OTT services etc.
* 3 Years experience as a Business Architect or Business Analyst in an international organisation
* Degree level education
* Knowledge of industry frameworks such as ETOM, TAM, SID, TOGAF, etc,
* Experience in several or more of the following domains
o Sales, Product Lifecycle Management, Application Integration, Data Management Insight & Analytics, Care, Customer Management, Billing Management, Fulfilment, Order Management, Service Assurance.
* Demonstrable analytical skills
