Business Analyst
We are looking for a Business Analyst with specific experience in sales processes, product management, customer management and order management domains, processes and systems for Telco Communication Service Providers (CSP) including both B2C and B2B. Knowledge of TMForum standards such as eTOM, TAM and SID are very valuable.
You have a track record in the CSP Telco domain in which you have identified business requirements and business processes related to the above domains and are very capable of, capturing, communicating and documenting the same in various ways. The documentation is normally in the form of business processes diagrams, modelling of products and offerings, user stories in combination with user interface functionality, which reflect the business processes and requirements. Understanding of the domain is critical.
Product offering design and configurations is critical using product catalog tools and having experience with commercial product catalog tools. Indirectly this includes in-depth understanding of the relation of products and services towards rating and billing and the configurations of the same.
To accomplish the work you will work closely with sales, requirement owners, customers, architects, UI/UX specialists and other experts to complete the understanding of how to fulfil the customer's business requirements.
- Extensive experience with BSS and working with Telecommunications
- This role is a 3-6 month contract onto permanent employment
- Spanish speaking is a must
- The ideal candidate must be available for an immediate start
