Business Analyst BI (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Liaise with Operations support and help end customers with all Business Analysis related queries
-

Assist with BA activities for different European geographies, including participation in requirements gathering sessions and work closely with end users to support their requirements from a functional perspective (this may include travel to certain countries) -Support Operations with continuous improvement activities on a regular basis
-Liaise with Projects and deliver functional specifications for project deliverables
-Assist the Project team in refining data quality
-Execute additional activities as designated by the BI Capability Lead from time to time

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-University Graduate/Masters/MBA in any specialization
-Experience as Business Analyst, preferable in the pharmaceutical industry
-Experience in project delivery, project support appreciable
-Excellent competency in Microsoft Excel
-Knowledge of PL/SQL
-Knowledge of BI tools (MicroStrategy in particular) highly appreciable
-Knowledge of DBMS/Data Warehousing tools appreciable but not mandatory
-Fluent in English
