Business Analyst - BCBS System Implementation (4332)

For a longer term project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced BUSINESS ANALYST - BCBS SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION (4332).

The ideal candidate will be faced with the challenge to DETERMINE WHAT THE MOST COST-EFFECTIVE SOLUTION TO ACHIEVING BCBS 239 COMPLIANCE WILL BE. Beyond this, there would be general PM responsibilities and working with the OpRisk Capital and Risk IT.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3 + YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A COMPIANCE OFFICER WITHIN FINANCIAL ENVIRONMENT
- FAMILIARITY WITH BANKING IT IMPLEMENTATIONS (FINANCIAL/BANKING BACKGROUND IS A REQUIREMENT)
- KNOWLEDGE OF BCBS 239 REQUIREMENTS
- BUSINESS ANALYSIS & PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS WOULD BE HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS
- Knowledge of Operational Risk Models a plus such as AMA and Stress Testing
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH (VERBAL/WRITTEN)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Determine BCBS 239 compliance requirements
- Identify viable IT solutions
- Develop Business Requirements and Functional Requirements document
- Work with other ORM work package owners in BCBS 239 to understand any key dependencies
- Project Management
- Work with ORC team members to build an understanding of how solution should be implemented
