For project at our clients site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
BUSINESS ANALYST - BCBS 239 (4562)
The project is part of a major program, which aims to implement the full compliancy with the BCBS 239 rules. Particularly the project establishes an IT solution, which will be able to show a global bankwide view of a single customer.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- SEVERAL YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE AS A BUSINESS ANALYST WITHIN THE FINANCIAL INDUSTRY
- EXPERIENCE IN RISK DATA IMPLEMENTATION
- STRONG ANALYTICAL AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS AS WELL AS A NUMERICAL COMPETENCE
- Flair to analyse businesses and functional specification design
- Ability to serve senior business stakeholders and to engage quantitative experts
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work with little supervision
- Familiarity with financial products, risk management and regulatory requirements is an advantage
- Proficiency in English, fluent in German
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use Business Analysis tools and techniques to capture and clearly articulate the as-is business processes, identify problems and inefficiencies and define business requirements for process improvements
- Serve as a liaison with Project managers, Risk managers, IT and Test managers to identify, define and accurately document business requirements
- Manage requirements and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project life cycle to ensure that requirements are delivered as specified, and change impact assessments can be made
- Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for integration, functional, performance and user acceptance testing
- Identify, manage and escalate where appropriate project risks and issues associated to requirements gathering, analysis and design
- Design training and support documentation for new projects
