Business Analyst ATM/Cards (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
The mission of this team is to provide solutions and support for all transaction with cards (Debit and credit cards). More specifically we are responsible for the channels Self Banking (ATM's in branches), On line to bank (payments in shops), terminals proton (in branches and E commerce (payments on internet).
In the team business/functional and technical analysts work on projects and small changes on the self banking systems.
This team is also responsible for the asset management of the self banking system. The asset management aims through analysis of daily tasks, to optimize and improve the system.

Function Description
You will enforce the analyst team for the self banking systems in the context of a project.
° You are the bridge between Marketing, development, Supplier and operational teams.
° Yan can lead, organize, structure functional stream.
° You can provide support to project leader and/or asset manager.
° You can translate business requirements to functional specifications comprehensible for technical people.
° During development phase you support d-developers and Supplier for all the questions they might have.
° After delivery of the modified system, you perform tests, before the system is handed over to the test team, that performs the end-to-end testing.
° You review the test plan and the test cases of the test team.
° During the end-to-end testing and user acceptance testing, you analyse defects.
° You are responsible for the management of the functional documents.
° You report to the project leader or asset manager on your tasks.
° You manage the scope, budget and planning of your own tasks

The team has a main objective to deliver analysis of high quality in order to deliver high quality systems in production. Therefore the team has an important contribution to the level of availability and quality of our self systems.
The availability of our channels is a major priority for the business.

Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience.

Technical Experience
Mandatory
You have at least 5 years experience in the domains ATM and cards.

- You have experience (at least 5 years) in the domains ATM and cards.
- You have experience in the financial sector as a business analyst, an IT analyst.
- You can working independent, but have a good team spirit.
- Yan can lead, organize, structure functional stream.
- You can provide support to project leader and/or asset manager.
- You have an analytical mind.
