THE ROLE

The role concerns the MIGRATION/UPGRADE OF APPROXIMATELY 130 MFDS (MULTI-FUNCTION DEVICES - PRINT/SCAN/COPY/FAX) ACROSS THE UNIVERSITY CAMPUS. The existing devices are EOL and a suitable replacement is required. Analysis of print volumes, suitable devices, Back Office & integration implications form a key part of the project. In addition we are seeking to review the economics of re-implementing the current printing charge-back system. Is it worth the money & administrative overhead?

Ideally the selected BA will be able to project manage the procurement, transition and acceptance phases too.

KEY SKILLS

5+ years as a business analyst

Experience in the MFD domain, including experience with charge-back devices and software such as Equitrac.

Vendor management experience

Business requirements gathering & prioritization Knowledge of Microsoft server technologies and integration

PREFERRED SKILLS

Exposure to the University/Tertiary Education market Project Management experience (Prince 2/PMBOK preferred) Exposure to government procurement processes.
