Business Analyst Application Integration with experience in enterprise architecture and system integration wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Minimum of 8 years' experience and strong problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills
- Proven track record of having applied your Business Analysis skills to the financial service industry
- Technically savvy with a passion for supporting the development of applications and IT systems.
- Knowledge of Identity Access Management, Desktop Automation and Robotics would be a big plus
- Being able to understand and interpret a set of technical requirements as well as being successful at identifying IT solutions that are both sustainable and strategic
- Your flexibility, positive attitude and resilience as a team player are empowered by your excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken. German is considered a plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Determining required IT business solutions and assisting in implementing them
- Conducting activities to identify and collect requirements - such as evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data as well as conducting stakeholder interviews
- Supporting the business engineer by portraying the business processes and the organizational structures involved
- Assisting in project management and quality control
- Identifying individuals and systems that are impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
