BUSINESS ANALYST, ALICANTE SPAIN
Business Analysts with high level of English required by our client on sunny Spanish coast, with 4 years Business Analysis experience and 6 years in IT, for an assignment to end 2014 in an International English-speaking working environment. Basic knowledge of Spanish would be beneficial.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Competencies the experts must have:
- Proven experience analysing, eliciting, gathering and drafting clear and implementable requirements.
- Have a good knowledge of Requirements gathering standards and methodologies
- Excellent command of written and oral English and preferably a basic knowledge of Spanish
- Extensive experience of interaction with end users
- Demonstrable, strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to propose solutions
- Experience in system design and software development would be an advantage
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in IT projects is required
- Be responsible and able to work proactively and in a team as well as have a high capacity of time-management and ability to prioritise
TASKS
The main but not only tasks will be:
- Produce analysis (Gap analysis, feasibility and benchmarking studies etc)
- Delivering approved Requirements packages (Software Requirement Specification (SRS) of the projects assigned, Use Cases, process cards, business rules, traceability Matrix, etc)
- Assess and draft request for change
- Assist and participate in the test process, produce test plan reviews
- Assure the Office quality standards are met
- Assure that the overall deliverable quality is met (methodologies, standards, follow the set process etc) and produce exception reports where needed.
- Support quality assurance activities, factory acceptance tests, user acceptance tests and follow up on issues and incidents
- Provide analysis, post implementation reviews and benefit realisation follow-up
- Produce regular activity reports, statistics and analysis on the effort spent.
- PC: minimum 8 GB RAM with Windows 7 Professional or Windows 8 Professional, Office installed.
- LANGUAGES: Excellent command of written and oral English and preferably a basic knowledge of Spanish. English level B2 of the CEF (Common European Framework) framework
Candidates should be eligible to work in Spain as we cannot process work permits
