The consultant should have the following experience.
- Minimum of 6 years working experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
- Proven and demonstrable experience with capturing, gathering requirements and creating functional designs.
- Ability to develop test plans, scripts & scenarios, conduct testing and facilitate user acceptance.
- Essential knowledge of the following processes:
o Claims and Payment processing, ideally medical claims.
o Human Resources
o Finance
- Project management activities including status reporting, issue and risk management and project planning.
Both written and spoken English and French are required for this engagement
