IT Business Analyst - Front Office/Advisory wanted for an international bank in Zurich.
YOUR TASKS:
- Building CRMN system to support advisory tasks
- Interacting with developers
- Being responsible for project deliveries in favour of the business partners
- Analysing current processes and functionalities as well as finding solutions to business problems
- Working with the application development department and the test team during the development phases
- Developing subject matter expertise on the application
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Several years of experience as business analyst/Front Office and experience in financial services industry
- Experience with GUI specification and enterprise architecture modelling
- Experience in a large bank/financial institute is a must
- Good IT and developer skills
- Know-how in advisory is highly desirable
- Independent and structured work approach using Activity Diagrams, UML etc.
- Excellent organizational skills as well as analytical and problem solving skills
- Languages: fluent English, German is a plus
