Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Business Analyst
Job Description:
The assignment is part of the further development of the BCC "Demand Management". The aim of the BCC is to understand the internal ICT requirements, to challenge them, to translate them into roadmaps, and to budget.
The mission is to support the BCC in daily operations.
The tasks include:
- Supporting and adjusting the Demand Management process.
- Monitoring and reporting ICT demands.
- Organizing consultations with the persons of the business and the teams of I-ICT.
- Managing documents in sharepoint.
- Providing support for budget follow-up.
- Thinking about and improving procedures and tools.
Key requirements:
- 3 years of experience in ICT projects in a role as analyst/project leader.
- 5 years of experience with budget management.
- Experience in a role where Demand Management is central to the business.
Skills:
- Good knowledge of Dutch and French.
- Strong in organization and procedures.
- Diplomatic, communicative and solution-oriented.
