BUSINESS ANALYST

One of my financial banking clients is urgently looking for a Business Analyst for a 6-12 Month contract in Utrecht, Netherlands.

THE BUSINESS ANALYST WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Translate high level business requirements in detailed user stories, ready to build by the development team. Actively participate in the requirements design and build phases, delivering high quality deliverables to ensure delivery of solutions within the structured timeframe. Estimate the complexity and simplify solutions together with lead development where necessary/possible
- Actively communicate with the product owner, lead business analyst and the development team.
- Think out-of-the-box, and out-of-the-team. Look for solutions, proved technology, experiences of other teams, within the investment banking domain
- Thoroughly understanding of Architecture, Design and Implementation features

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Experience in the investment banking domain
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
- Providing technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of an issue, including the determination and provision of workaround solution or escalation.
- Managing both scope and risk based on advanced functional and technical in-sight, in collaboration with Agile team.
- Leading continuous development and implementation of best practices, standards and associated expert.
- Working with business and product owner to create product backlogs for development

QUALIFICATION:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- ENGLISH AND DUTCH language is mandatory
